How It Works

  1. Place Santa figurine at the top inside the chimney, insert all 24 numbered green pull boards in place.
  2. Starting on December 1st, pull out the pull board with the matching number every single day.
  3. With each board removed, Santa slowly drops down inside the brick chimney channel.
  4. On day 24, removing the final board lets Santa fall all the way down into the fireplace base.
  5. After Christmas, reset all parts for reuse in the next year’s holiday countdown.
